When you contact us

Snap Intelligence LLC, operating as Sweep & Site, collects the name, email address, business name, website address, service area, and message you choose to submit. We use them to respond, assess your website needs, provide the agreed service, and maintain the business records needed for it.

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through the form.

How information is handled

Forms are stored in the site’s private database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. AI-assisted tools and our human business owner may process requests to operate the service. Our email provider processes service communications when used. Stripe processes subscription payments, billing information, and customer portal requests. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe.

We do not sell inquiry information. Unconverted inquiries are normally removed after 90 days. Customer and transaction records are kept for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Network providers may keep operational logs. The form uses an hourly rotating hash of network information for abuse prevention; those application rate-limit records expire shortly afterward.

Questions and requests

Use our support form to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or opt out of further sales contact. We may verify that a request comes from the person entitled to make it. Information required for legitimate records may need to be retained.
