Sweep & Site is a service provided by Snap Intelligence LLC. Before payment, you receive a written order confirming your scope and start date.
What’s included
One informational website with up to five pages, responsive layouts, basic page titles and descriptions, hosting, weekly availability and link checks, and two small content updates each billing month. The initial design and build are included in the $199 monthly price.
A small update means one request to change existing text, images, contact information, or service details within the existing layout. A new page, redesign, custom app, online store, or ongoing search marketing campaign needs a separate written scope.
Getting your site live
We prepare the first draft within seven business days after receiving the agreed materials and account access. The initial build includes two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. You approve the site before publication.
You confirm the accuracy of business details and your right to use supplied photos, logos, and testimonials. Booking and contact links connect to the systems you choose. Your domain stays in your name; its registration or renewal is paid directly by you.
Payments and cancellation
The first monthly payment begins work after you accept the written order. Later payments recur monthly until you cancel. Applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Cancel before the next renewal through the payment portal or our support form. Care continues through the paid period.
If we cannot provide the agreed first draft within seven business days after complete materials and access, you may cancel before publication for a refund of that first payment. For other problems, contact us so we can review the work and resolve the issue. Nothing here limits rights that apply under law.
On cancellation, we provide an export of your website files and your content. You keep ownership of your domain and supplied materials. We allow 30 days to move hosting after the paid period ends and do not delete your source files as a collection tactic.
Support and production
Routine support is handled in writing, with replies within two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. AI handles production and routine operations, with a human business owner responsible for the service.
We make concrete promises about the agreed work and response times. Search rankings, inquiries, sales, and uninterrupted availability depend on factors beyond the website and are not guaranteed.
